Entertaining overview of what to eat and what not to eat. Also interesting to see that it isn't really all that hard to pick out the bad from the good.

I liked the "real guy checks out real guy's refrigerator" approach of this video, and the information was good, but I could've done without the game show graphics and loud "you lose" buzzer.
