This link gives very good information about the different types of fate, trans, saturated, etc. that had always confused me before, and gives the health risks and benefits of each. Also the differences between margarine and butter, and the information about eggs was very helpful.

This article did a good job of addressing the myths and misinformation many of us have regarding what is good for you and what to avoid in our diets. Easy-to-read.
