Learn your maximum and target heart rates so that you can push your workouts to maintain a high intensity exercise regimen that will benefit weight lose.

This article gives decent instructions for how to calculate your target heart rate zone, but otherwise, the writing is not very good. Some of the claims in the article, such as "high intensity burns 9 times more fat per each calorie burn during exercise," don't make much sense to me.
